The very first thing that we need to stop is checking our phones immediately after waking up, rather get out of the bed, drink water, stretch your body and meditate for a few minutes, move your body in any way possible for however much time you can spare- This releases Endorphins in our body which are Happy-Feeling chemicals. Stop an anxiety attack or morning anxiety with belly breathing. Feeling out of breath is a hallmark symptom of an anxiety attack, and you can worsen this situation by taking short, shallow breaths. I would recommend going to an open space or maybe the garden of your house, practice belly breathing, Exhale deeply,
relax your shoulders and focus on some deep inhales and exhales, place one hand on your stomach, feel your belly rise and fall if you need to.
